Caleb Keith grew up in central Illinois, but felt a connection to the music of the South long before moving himself to Athens, Georgia. His parents’ music collection of old and new country, and 60s and 70s rock and soul shaped his early years. Keith later discovered Whiskeytown, Uncle Tupelo, the Old 97s, Two Dollar Pistols, the Jayhawks, and others in the alt-country vanguard. His songs reflect that variety of influences and resonate with the burgeoning Americana scene.
Between Late and Lonesome is available now via CD Baby.
