Music Monday: Country and Classics

Last week LA was overrun with emotions as Beyonce took on Dodger Stadium and now that the wave of excitement has settled, it’s time to get you all riled up once more because while we don’t have Bey again, SoCal does have a lot of other great shows coming your way over the next seven days. First up, Hall and Oates are getting the group back together and heading straight to the Hollywood Bowl. They recently got their star on the Walk of Fame, so it’s fitting they’d play a celebratory show to commemorate their legendary career. That same night over yonder Mumford & Sons will kick off two days at the Greek. Known for their folk meets mainstream sound that makes the prohibition era seem alive and well, these Grammy winners are set to please both nights. After they finish up there, Die Antwood will play to a stellar crowd at the Palladium, while the next night country takes over as Luke Bryan brings his summer tour to The Forum. Then it all comes down to an intimate show with Ariana Grande at the Grammy Museum!

Daryl Hall & John Oates at Hollywood Bowl on 9/20

Mumford & Sons at Greek Theatre on 9/20-21

Die Antwood at the Palladium on 9/22

Luke Bryan at The Forum on 9/23

Ariana Grande at the Grammy Museum on 9/26
